And yet, women are still managing and mitigating unique and unusual challenges – home/work balance, biases and cultural predispositions, financial independence, and our own expectations. The WLO Summit aims to help our women leaders and all our male allies explore options, alternatives, expectations and solutions so we can all build stronger decision-making frameworks and accelerate our definition of success.
